<image:title>Blog - 5 space-saving baby items for the minimalist mama - Graco Slim Spaces Compact Baby Swing</image:title>
<image:caption>Yes, you read that right… “COMPACT” (aka, music to my ears”. There are so many great swing options out there – this one is on the simpler side, but gets the job done! It is battery operated (so you can move it around the house), has adjustable height and folds up easily so that it can be stored under your furniture. Speed can be adjusted from a dial up at the top and the best part is, our little guy LOVES it! Shop swing here</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - 5 space-saving baby items for the minimalist mama - Jolly Jumper (with doorway clamp)</image:title>
<image:caption>Another fan-favorite in our home! We knew we wanted some sort of stationary bouncer, but didn’t have room for any of the bouncer stands. [Introducing] the Jolly Jumper! It attaches to the molding on your doorway so you can attach and remove once you are done. EVERYTHING folds up and can be stashed away in a bag to be used later. Some minimal scratching on the molding is inevitable, but an easy trade off when you consider the space-saving aspects. Shop jumper here</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - 5 space-saving baby items for the minimalist mama - Baby Bjorn Bouncer</image:title>
<image:caption>This is one of the items that we use pretty much every day. It is lightweight, easy to fold and comes in a wide variety of neutral colors (we got it in the grey, which coincidentally hides spit up perfectly, so I will call that a win). It folds up almost perfectly flat, so you can easily store under the sofa or in the closet. A great contraption to keep the tiny human distracted while you sit at the table. Shop bouncer here.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - 5 space-saving baby items for the minimalist mama - Hatch Baby Grow Smart Changing Pad + Scale</image:title>
<image:caption>We are also big fans of this multi-purpose gadget. Changing pad is made of foam, so easy to wipe off messes. Also has rubber feet on bottom to keep it in place when on top of the changing table. Came in handy, especially those first few weeks when we were tracking baby’s weight like crazy. Just hook it up to the Hatch app. And VOILA – you have baby’s weight logged! Shop changing pad here</image:caption>

<image:caption>Another one we did a lot of research on. This one is a foldable bathtub that includes a hook so it can be flattened and hung up in a closet for later use. Our son is almost a year old and we have used it non-stop since he was a newborn. Shop bath tub here</image:caption>

<image:title>About</image:title>
<image:caption>Hi there! I’m Sara – former attorney gone full-time mom. As a new mama, I’m sure you have a million questions (I sure did and continue to everyday). Before having my son, I was constantly bombarding my mom friends with questions about pregnancy, baby products, breastfeeding…you name it. I researched everything I could prior to the arrival of my tiny human. I was lucky – I had an AMAZING network of mom friends & relatives who knew the drill and had tons of helpful tips and hilarious war stories to share. I found myself collecting & sharing all of the advice I received with other friends and family members about to join the freshly-minted mama club. I loved being able to connect all of these women so that everyone could share all of their experiences because, at the end of the day, it truly does take a village. Since then, my personal adventure has been all about trial & error and learning on the job. Fast forward a couple of years - I’m now navigating life with two littles and our new fixer upper, which takes up about every second of my day (shout out to everyone juggling work, home and kiddos - it is no joke). All that said, I am so glad you are here! Have any helpful tips or funny stories to share? I’d love to hear them – leave a comment on the blog or click on “Contact Us” to send a message directly. XO, Sara (learning as I go, and sharing along the way!)</image:caption>
